Can I pause or cancel my subscription?Updated a year ago
Of course! If you go away on holiday we can put your deliveries on hold until you return or deliver to another address.
If you want to pause your plan:
- Simply log in to your account
- You'll see an option to 'click here to edit your subscription'
- You can choose to pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 weeks
- Make sure you save your changes by pressing the 'pause subscription' button
Or, if you want to cancel your plan:
- Simply log in to your account
- Under 'click here to edit your subscription' click on 'cancel subscription'.
- Select your reason for cancellation and click to confirm
