Your first order:

When you first sign up to Goal Plans, we will take payment for your first box straight away. This will lock in your first order so if you need to make any changes, you need to do this with our customer support team.

Your following orders:

Following orders in your subscription will be automatically charged two days before your delivery date. Any changes need to be made 72 hours before your next order is delivered. Any changes made after this date will be applied to the following order and not affect your current one.

To make any changes:

To make changes to your account head to your account page, or drop us a message and we'll be happy to help.

Please note: Processing orders involves printing labels, packing boxes and booking courier collections - so it’s really challenging for us to make changes to orders after this deadline without wasting tasty food. For any late changes to a processed order please contact Customer Support here. We’ll assist with last-minute alterations to deliver exactly what you want wherever possible.
